When Courtney discovers her stepfather, Pat Dugan was the sidekick of the original Star-Spangled Kid, she decides to teach him a lesson for marrying her mother and moving from Los Angeles to Nebraska!

After finding his old gear in his belongings, Courtney dons the costume and becomes the all-new Star-Spangled Kid!
