When Rebecca Scott (Vaugier) gets a visit from FBI agent John Nelson (Gooding Jr) informing her that her husband has been murdered, her first reaction is one of shock when she reveals that he died two years ago in a car accident.

While John and Rebecca pool resources to find out why and how her husband would have faked his own death two years previously, the pair unintentionally become the target of an angry billionaire and his well-equipped army.
