Former soldier Jim Baxford (Purcell) lives with his wife Rosie (Erin Karpluk) in New York.

When Rosie is diagnosed with a brain tumour, Jim decides to cash in his military pension to pay for her treatment.

On meeting with his financial advisor, Jim is informed that much of his money has been lost in bad investments.

Jim borrows money from a colleague and hires an attorney to sue his financial advisor.

After the stress takes its toll on both Jim and his wife he decides to take matters into his own hands by going on a spree to kill every man on Wall Street who has abused their power...
