Spelling first: Teacher book 3 - Level 3 : Teacher's Book

Spelling First is a new, differentiated programme designed to complement Write First and Grammar First.

This supplementary series of textbooks and teachers files for Years 7, 8 and 9 uses a 'keep it simple' approach enable both specialist and non-specialists to teach writing for their own subject.

Each unit is based upon a passage to place the spelling rule or strategy in context and contains differentiated activities for each objective.

The book develops spelling skills within a textual context targeting the Word Level objectives of the Framework for Teaching English, with a cross-curricular emphasis.
