The Company Men

John Wells writes and directs this drama chronicling a year in the life of three executives whose jobs come under threat from a round of corporate downsizing by their employers, a large and long-established shipbuilding company.

Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones and Chris Cooper play the three employees, who struggle to redefine their existence and adjust their perspective on life as they come to terms with the abrupt end of their job, salary, status and identity.
