Cornered

Post WWII revenge thriller in which a husband hunts his wife's murderer.

Canadian pilot Laurence Gerard (Dick Powell) is demobilised at the end of the war.

The war won't be over for Gerard, however, until he gets his hands on Marcel Jarnac (Luther Adler), the Nazi collaborator who ordered the killing of his wife, a member of the French Resistance.

Gerard tracks Jarnac to his hiding place in Argentina.

With the aid of a suspicious city guide, Incza (Walter Slezak), and the potentially duplicitous Madame Jarnac (Micheline Cheirel), can Gerard find a way to get revenge?
