A group of survivors of a devastating nuclear war seek shelter inside an abandoned underground laboratory but as they explore the facility, they realise that terrible experiments were once conducted there.

Soon they are being hunted by the results of those experiments, strange and disturbing creatures that want them dead.

Will any of them survive the ensuing fight? The cast includes Linnea Quigley, Kim McKamy and Ken Abraham.
