Sarah (Skye Bennett) is an autistic little girl whose father tries to remove her from the hospital when a routine procedure goes awry.

But a descent into nightmare lies ahead when they become trapped in the elevator on the way out, and find themselves under attack from creatures from a dark world - who seem to be looking for Sarah...
