Low-budget US horror film. On a night when their quiet suburban neighbourhood is plagued by mysterious blackouts, the Armstrong clan continues with its plans to celebrate the birthday of the head of the family.

They await the return of Curtis, who is out evicting squatters from one of his downtown properties.
