The Enfield Haunting

Timothy Spall stars in this three-part drama that revolves around the phenomena known as The Enfield Poltergeist.

In August 1977, paranormal investigator Maurice Grosse (Spall) is called to a council house in Enfield, North London, after a supernatural entity makes contact with the terrified Hodgson family.

He is joined in his investigation by sceptic writer Guy Lyon Playfair (Matthew MacFadyen), who slowly begins to change his view of the paranormal after witnessing the reported haunting first-hand.

But the pair are tasked with uncovering more proof before finding a way to try and stop the increasingly violent terror from threatening the family's life.
