Brian Taylor directs this latest instalment in the superhero horror franchise based on the Dark Horse Comics character created by Mike Mignola.

Set in the 1950s, agents Hellboy (Jack Kesy) and Bobbie Jo Song (Adeline Rudolph) of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defence are assigned the task of moving a supernatural toxic spider, but when the spider escapes their hold after expanding its body, they are left wondering what other-worldly presence could be helping the creature.

The cast also includes Leah McNamara, Jefferson White and Suzanne Bertish.
