Thriller set in the mean streets of Soweto, in South Africa.

Sox (Tony Kgoroge) is an actor desperate for a part in a new hard-hitting television series about life amongst Soweto's notorious gangs.

Contacting his old friend, gang-member Zama (Rapulana Seiphemo), Sox hits the streets in order to research the part thoroughly.

Slowly, as he is sucked further in to a life of violent crime, Sox is seduced by the life of a gang-member and has to admit if he is continuing with his research solely to improve his chances on getting the part in the series, or if he actually likes it.
