The Hole in the Ground

Irish horror in which a single mother witnesses her son's behaviour suddenly change with no explanation.

Having moved out into a rural area in a bid to start over, Sarah (Seána Kerslake) and her young son Chris (James Quinn Markey) attempt to settle into their new surroundings.

However, one night Chris disappears outside and Sarah walks out to the woods to find him.

She is greeted with a giant sinkhole which appears to have formed out of nowhere, before Chris also reappears.

When Sarah and Chris return home, his demeanour has drastically changed leading Sarah to believe there may be something wrong with her son.

Will Sarah uncover what happened to Chris before he becomes violent?
