Guidelines for the development of a quality management system (QMS) on training and certification of personnel for non-destructive testing (NDT)

A quality management system (QMS) can be expressed as the organizational structure or processes, procedures and resources needed to implement quality management.

Such a system plays an important role in the sustainable training and certification of non-destructive testing (NDT), resulting in better management, technical competence, worldwide recognition and harmonization and competitiveness.

The guidelines presented in this publication support developers and provide information on the part NDT plays in overall quality assurance (QA) programmes.
