She joins an Italian convent where she will help to provide hospice care to nuns at the end of their lives, before things quickly take a bizarre turn.

Cecilia finds out she is pregnant despite practicing chastity and maintaining her virginity, and her fellow Sisters hail her as the next Virgin Mary.

As Cecilia observes increasingly sinister and violent events taking place at the convent, however, she begins to question whether it harbours evil secrets...
