Michael Greenspan directs and co-writes this thriller in which a pair of college roommates make a pact to protect each other with unforeseen consequences.

When law student Amanda Rowe (Katie Cassidy) agrees to share a room with veterinary student Hayley Jones (Tracy Spiridakos), the two girls form a bond over their issues with men.

Amanda is having increasing problems with her ex-boyfriend whose behaviour at times borders on stalking, while Hayley has suffered abuse at the hands of her father.

As they grow closer the girls make a vow to protect each other from harm, but when Amanda's ex-boyfriend is found murdered she may have cause to wonder exactly how Hayley expects her to fulfil her side of the bargain...
