Klondike

Discovery Channel mini-series starring Richard Madden and Augustus Prew.

The series follows Bill Haskell (Madden) and Byron Epstein (Prew) as they travel to the Yukon territory of Canada in the late 1890s where the discovery of gold has brought a stampede of prospectors hoping to grow rich from the opportunities available.

On their journey they are pit against tough conditions and unpredictable weather which puts their lives constantly under threat.

Upon arrival in the Klondike region they must overcome their greedy competitors if they are to gain any wealth from the land.
