Love Happens

Widower Burke Ryan (Eckhart) has become a renowned self-help author after writing a bestselling book about coping with loss following the death of his wife.

When he arrives in Seattle to teach a seminar based on the book, he meets and becomes attracted to one of the seminar's attendees, Eloise Chandler (Aniston), a florist who has become disillusioned by the quest for romance and has sworn off men in order to focus on her business.

As the two become increasingly drawn to one another, it becomes evident that they must both learn to let go of the past if they are to move forward and give their newfound love a chance.
