Two heavenly observers decide to bestow magical powers on a mild mannered draper's assistant.

At first the young man uses his powers to woo the woman of his dreams, but after a while he finds that people are trying to exploit him.

He decides to take it upon himself to assert moral authority, but things get out of hand and it is time for the celestial beings to intervene again.
