Feature-length version of the first three episodes of the children's animation following the adventures of a 16-year-old boy with special powers.

Though Maxwell McGrath (voice of Andrew Francis) may seem like an ordinary youth on the surface, his ability to generate Turbo Energy makes him very special indeed.

When he teams up with Steel (Sam Vincent), an alien with the ability to help Max control the incredible power of his Turbo Energy, he is ready to become a fully-fledged superhero.
