Triple bill of programmes about American alternative rock band Nirvana. 'Nirvana: Behind the Music' examines the group's career and considers the possible influence of the record industry.

Songs such as 'About a Girl' and 'Heart Shaped Box' are included. 'Nirvana: Up Close and Personal' provides an insight into the band and frontman Kurt Cobain with performance footage of classic tracks including 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and interviews with Cobain's grandfather, Leland, producer Miti Adhikari and more. 'Rock Milestones - the Path from Incesticide to in Utero' offers a critique of the band's music discussing all three of their studio albums with live footage and input from Cobain's family, critics and journalists.
