A nuclear power plant is being built on a Caribbean island against the will of its inhabitants.

Papaya (Chimenti) leads her people in their fight back against the unwanted incursion by seducing and then killing engineers involved in the project in an attempt to learn more about it so that she can sabotage its construction.

Meanwhile, journalist Sara (Sirpa Lane) is enjoying a holiday on the island when she becomes dangerously involved with first Vincent (Maurice Poli), a geologist working on the project, and then Papaya.
