Low-budget supernatural horror double. Presented as real surveillance footage, 'Paranormal Entity' (2009) tells the story of Thomas Finley (Shane Van Dyke), who is arrested for the rape and murder of his 19-year-old sister Samantha (Erin Marie Hogan) and charged with the murder of paranormal investigator Edgar Lauren (Norman Saleet).

Thomas, however, claims that the victims were attacked by a demonic entity of unknown origin.

In the sequel, 'Paranormal Entity 2' (2010), a team of paranormal scientists get a lot more action than they bargained for when they set out to find the ghost of serial killer John Wayne Gacy Jr.
