Supernatural thriller starring Anne Hathaway as Claire Summers, a young psychotherapist assigned to work with a group of survivors of an air crash.

Mystery and confusion shroud the recollections of the five passengers, which seem to contradict the official version of the accident given by the airline.

Claire is particularly intrigued by one of the passengers, the secretive Eric (Patrick Wilson).

As her relationship with him takes a romantic turn despite her better judgement, Claire feels as though she is finally getting nearer to the truth - but then the survivors begin inexplicably to disappear one by one...
