Triple bill of adventure features. 'Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief' (2010), based on the children's books by Rick Riordan, follows the adventures of 12-year-old New Yorker Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman).

When Percy discovers that he is the descendant of a Greek god, he sets out on a cross-country adventure to settle an ongoing feud between the 'Big Three', Zeus (Sean Bean), Hades (Steve Coogan) and Poseidon (Kevin McKidd), and unravel a mystery more powerful than the gods themselves. 'Dragonball Evolution' (2009) is a live-action film based on the manga by Akira Toriyama.

Justin Chatwin stars as the young warrior Son Goku, who, at the request of his dying grandfather (Randall Duk Kim) sets out on a quest to find the great Master Roshi (Chow Yun-Fat) and collect all seven magical Dragon Balls.

Goku must race against time to gather the mystical orbs before the power-hungry King Piccolo (James Marsters) appropriates them for his own evil purposes. 'The Dark Is Rising' (2007), based on the novel sequence by Susan Cooper, tells the story of Will Stanton (Alexander Ludwig), a boy whose everyday life is turned upside down when he learns that he is the last of The Old Ones, a group of immortal warriors who have dedicated their lives to fighting the forces of The Dark.

Travelling back and forth through time, Will discovers a series of mysterious clues, some dating back to the founding of Britain and others going all the way back to biblical times, which lead him into a showdown with forces of unimaginable power.

With The Dark once again rising, the fate of the world rests in Will's hands.
