1990s supernatural horror sequel. After being given up as a child, Rachel Lang (Emily Bergl) lives with foster parents and goes to Bates High School, where she is about as unpopular as her unfortunate sibling Carrie once was.

Guidance counsellor Sue Snell (Amy Irving), the sole survivor of the original massacre, discovers Rachel's telekinetic powers and tries to warn everyone they may be in imminent danger.
