Shameless: Series 8

All 22 episodes from the eighth series of the irreverent Channel 4 family drama following the lives and loves of the anarchic and dysfunctional Gallagher family.

Led by father Frank (David Threlfall), the family live on a rough council estate in Manchester and get caught up in all manner of scrapes, though they largely retain their good humour.

This series opens with Frank's stag do - he is preparing for his marriage to librarian Libby (Pauline McLynn) and seems excited at the prospect.

However, when Frank disappears and no-one can track him down, concerns are raised for his safety.

The unexpected arrival of a figure from his past might hold the answer...
