Saranjeet Singh (Deol), an honest, family man, is a tax collector who is concerned with the level of corruption in society.

Through his work, he tries to do his bit to restore some order to the community but he comes up against a gang of thugs and finds himself in jail.

After his release he plans to get revenge but an encounter with an old friend makes him realise that in order to eradicate wrongdoers he needs to change the society as a whole.

He takes on the challenge but will he succeed?
