This series examines the human body by looking at the five main body systems, the skin, hygiene, and allergies and uses accessible questions to introduce the reader to how the human body works, what can go wrong with it and how it repairs itself.

Each book contains: common incidents that the reader may have experienced that put the subject in context; body fact boxes; a list of further reading, non-fiction and fiction, and other further resources including addresses of helpful contacts; and a factfile including a body map.
