Bank robbers Franklin (Robert Beatty) and Dolan (Eric Clavering) escape conviction in America by fleeing to England, where they believe their $50,000 bounty has travelled to.

Scotland Yard, aware of their arrival, decide to track the robbers with the help of Inspector Thompson (David Farrar).

By chance, the money has been discovered by reporter Jim Raynor (Evans), who is hurriedly trying to get the cash converted into sterling, unaware he is being pursued by both the thieves and the police.
