Swerve

Australian thriller written and directed by Craig Lahiff.

Heading cross-country on his way to a job interview, Colin (David Lyons), witnesses a car crash and sticks around to investigate.

When he finds that the female driver is still alive and in possession of a suitcase full of cash, he decides to take both the woman and the money into the nearest town in order to find help.

Upon his arrival in town however, he soon finds out that his apparent good deed has catapulted him into a web of distrust and betrayal.
