This is a major upgrade of a software package for inference of evolutionary trees.

This version includes: maximum likelihood and distance methods; enhanced speed of the branch-and-bound algorithm; and several new features such as agreement subtrees, tests for combinability of data, and permutation tests for nonrandomness of data structure.

It contains the software and user's manual for Macintosh.
