Mandarin-language martial arts action written and directed by Lo Wei.

When a mysterious fighter known as The Dragon (Jimmy Wang Yu) is injured in a fight with a gang of criminals, he is taken in by a farmer who is trying to prove himself worthy of the woman he loves.

As The Dragon heals, the gang's boss opens a casino in the town in an attempt to sway the locals into gambling away their money and their land which he wants for himself.

The Dragon, however, vows to put an end to their evil schemes.

The cast also includes Sam Hui, Sylvia Chang and James Tien.
