The Compilation of Safety Data Sheets : Approved Code of Practice (3 ed)

This approved code of practice offers practical guidance to manufacturers, importers, distributors and suppliers of substances and preparations dangerous for supply on their responsibilities to provide safety data sheets as set out in regulation 6 of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 (CHIP 3).

The Code explains the circumstances in which safety data sheets should be provided, to whom, and the information they should contain.
