The final two-part series of the award-winning crime drama starring David Jason as Detective Inspector Jack Frost, an unconventional policeman with sympathy for the underdog and an instinct for moral justice.

Desperate to convict serial criminal Gerry Berland (Adrian Dunbar), Frost receives a tip-off from local RSPA officer Christine Moorhead (Phyllis Logan) that Berland has organised an illegal dogfight.

But when the planned raid fails and Christine witnesses the death of a boy in a struggle at the dogfight, Frost becomes determined to protect his star witness from the intimidation of Berland's thugs.
