When Dan Trunkman (Vaughn) decides to quit his job working for a multi-national organisation to start up his own rival company, he has his work cut out for him finding skilled employees.

Settling for an old man (Tom Wilkinson) who keeps falling asleep and a young boy (Dave Franco) who is fresh out of college and completely oblivious to the world of business, Dan and his new associates travel to Europe to try to close the deal of their lives.

When they get there however, Dan discovers that his former colleague (Miller) is pitching for the same job...
