Vile/Chained/Carjacked

Triple bill of abduction thrillers. In 'Vile' (2011) a group of people awake in a basement to find that they have been chosen to take part in a horrifying game.

The captives, who include Tara (Maya Hazen), Tony (Akeem Smith), Sam (Greg Cipes) and couple Tayler (April Mason) and Nick (Eric Jay Beck), subsequently discover that each have a special vial implanted in their skulls.

With the only way to remove the vial without losing their lives to fill them with a brain fluid that is only produced by intense pain, they have 22 hours to find a way of inflicting sufficient agony on themselves. 'Chained' (2012) is a horror drama from director Jennifer Lynch in which the protégé of a serial killer must decide whether to fulfil the role he has been groomed for or to break free.

Tim (Eamon Farren) was a wide-eyed nine-year-old when along with his mother (Julia Ormond) he was kidnapped by Bob (Vincent D'Onofrio).

Now a teenager, Tim has been kept on a chain by Bob and forced to witness the rape and murder of countless women.

How will it affect his development? 'Carjacked' (2011) stars Maria Bello as Lorraine, a single mother who is carjacked by a bank robber with her seven-year-old son in the car.

As they head towards Mexico Lorraine tries to protect Chad (Connor Hill) from their psychopathic kidnapper Roy (Stephen Dorff), and finds an unlikely outlet for the anger and insecurity that have been simmering in her since her marriage ended.
