Walk the Proud Land

Western based on the real life story of Indian agent John Philip Clum, as told by his son in the biography, 'Apache Agent'.

Clum (Audie Murphy) travels to San Carlos, Arizona, in an attempt to make peace with the Apaches.

To succeed in his quest he must seek the approval of the tribal leaders, but while doing so, he wins the affection of Indian window Tianay (Anne Bancroft), complicating matters in the extreme, as Clum is a married man.
