Wallander: Series 1

Kenneth Brannagh takes the lead role as Detective Kurt Wallander, in three feature-length dramas taken from the pages of Swedish crime writer Henning Mankell.

Living and working in the idyllic southernmost Swedish city of Ystad, the world-weary detective has to come to terms with a upsurge of baffling murders and crimes seemingly at odds with the normally tranquil setting of the popular tourist region.

Episodes comprise: 'Sidetracked', 'Firewall', and 'One Step Behind'.
