Made-for-television World War II fantasy in which a group of American soldiers are forced to do battle with a prehistoric enemy after crash landing on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean.

As well as these vicious creatures, they must also contend with a small band of Japanese soldiers sent to intercept a secret weapon that the Americans have been asked to deliver to the front line.
