When Julia and Francis (Maika Monroe and Karl Glusman) move from America to Bucharest, she becomes convinced that a man living across the street is watching her.

Even though there is a serial killer at large beheading women in the city, Francis is dismissive of her fears, but when her friend Irina (Madalina Anea) goes missing, Julia's attempts to find her place her in more danger.
