Maggie Lane is the author of "Jane Austen's World" and "Jane Austen and Food", and is a former Honorary Secretary of the Jane Austen Society.

Caroline's journey in search of Jane Austen is recounted in her latest book "A Rambling Fancy".

She is also a writer and reviewer for "Bookseller" magazine, and has written a travel book for children called "Pick Your Brains About Greece".
