The cloud dragon

No-Wings the dragon cannot fly, so he spends his days puffing out cloud pictures using his dragon smoke. When he is banished by the Dragon King, he meets Toby, who has run away from his own village. They soon become firm friends but what can they do to prevent a battle between the dragons and humans?
