Awa Teaches Numbers : Young Awa teaches numbers to her village

Awa is a young girl in prehistoric Africa. The people in her village don't know numbers beyond "one", "two", and "lots", as was the case in many pre-literate societies all over the world. Awa's intuition enables the whole community to start using numbers to express quantity in a more precise way.
