It is not always easy to recognize your role when your calling is to serve others during times of transitions, especially when those 'others' are entire churches going through change.

Transitional ministry was not how Pastor Jacqui envisioned herself serving her church. It wasn't even the church she thought she'd serve.

After an intervention by the FBI, though, she found herself leading a church in crisis in a different denomination from what she'd always known. Even more surprising, she discovered God had already gifted her with all the skills and experience she needed to do the job well.
