A frequent speaker at security seminars and conventions, he has served as a security executive, instructor and consultant.

Mr. Broder graduated from the University of California with a degree in Criminology and attended Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.

He served with the FBI, U.S. State Department and as Special Assistant to the Chairman, Investigations Subcommittee, Interstate and Foreign Commerce Committee, U.S.

House of Representatives. Mr. Broder is certified as a Protection Professional by the American Society for Industrial Security.
