A collection of training films, shot between 1945 and 1987, that aim to demonstrate the best way to rescue passengers from crashed planes.

The oldest film included examines ways to gain entry to a crashed Lancaster Bomber and how best to extract those on the plane.

Among the other aircraft featured in the collection are the Hawker Hunter, B-45 Tornado, Bristol Britannia and the Wasp, Scout, Wessex and Whirlwind helicopters.
