He enjoyed hearing about the lives of his grandparents and parents and at the same time wished that past generations would have taken pen to paper and written down more of what they had gone through.

That's when he decided to practice what he was preaching and write his own life story. Weave and Leave a Legacy takes readers on the journey of a man who worked with inner-city drug addicts, was a missionary in the Dominican Republic, a prison chaplain and a roofer.

He is also a husband and father, writing about the importance of those roles, as a well as his Christian faith.

As readers go through the pages of this book, the author hopes that they will be compelled to write their own life story for the people who come after them.
