Not entirely, though. In Nothing but Ashes, the sequel to Requiem for the Phoenix, Ryan Daniels, Matt and Annie Garret, and their forces return to engage in another death-defying confrontation.

They must secretly vanquish at any cost the power broker and his organization before he can dominate the world and annihilate the innocents.
