Success in Maths - Pupil's Book

So that all pupils have a book tailored to their abilities, every year of the "Success in Maths" course includes three pupil's books - for lower-, middle- and higher-ability pupils.

Each book is written specifically for each ability level, providing the right amount of exercises for each pupil."Success in Maths" is a fully differentiated course for 11-14 year-olds, designed to ensure that all pupils, including lower ability ones, have the materials they need to progress.

The course supports pupils' progression through Year 7 to Year 9 of their maths course and helps all students, whatever their ability, to reach their potential by providing an appropriate language level, worked examples and consolidation activities.

Teacher resources are designed to support teaching and provide guidance on the latest strategies and requirements.

Photocopiable homework activities are provided for all ages and abilities in order to consolidate the work undertaken in class.

In addition, the course tackles current concerns about numeracy levels by concentrating on number and numeracy throughout Year 7, particularly for the middle and lower abilities.
